If you want to buy or subscribe to our products and services, you will need to give details including but not restricted to, your full name, address, telephone number and credit card information.
It is taken as a given that in transacting with us, you are comfortable providing us with such personal information, in addition to any other information that is required to complete the transaction.
Please ensure that whatever information you supply in relation to a transaction is comprehensive, correct and current.
It is also important that you adhere to the terms and conditions of any agreement entered into regarding your purchase of the product or service.
All charges that take place on your account in addition to the need for the payment of any applicable taxes are for you to settle. When you give your credit card details and other relevant payment information, this implies that you are in agreement that you have authorised for the immediate invoicing of your account for all fees and charges due and payable to us on the basis of what you have ordered. This includes but is not restricted to service fees, subscription fees or any other fee or charge associated with you receiving services and/or the buying of products.
If you order a service that has an ongoing regular payment arrangement, it will be taken that you agree that we (or our third party payment service provider) can automatically invoice your account at the beginning of each recurring period.
Please note that we can increase costs or change the cost structure, adding new ones, whenever it is necessary. But rest assured, we will give you a reasonable amount of advanced notice.
If any of your personal details change, particularly related to billing/payments, you must inform us immediately.
